Silverlake

I'm in a photography class, which has been amazing!! I'm really excited to learn how to better use my dad's amazing camera, and how to be a better photographer!!! Because as you can tell in past posts, I love taking photographs. Especially of Temples :) Hehehe, so what did I choose to shoot for my first assignment!? The flowers down at Temple Square! :) My parents came with me. We rode the new trax that come two minutes from my house :) AWESOME. And then I shot some pictures. Here they are:

My cute parents :)

Isn't that so cute?? The old couple, holding hands
and walking to the Temple..
I have my hand covering the Sun.

Again, I took all those, so please, if you save them, give me credit if you say so :) Hehehe, much appreciated! Anyway, I just can't explain to you how much I love Temple Square. It's my favorite place to be. My home. My happiness. The reason my heart beats. I will live as long as that Temple stands. It's my heart and soul. This gospel is amazing and I have such a testimony of it. I've been reading conference talks from May of this year and I just can't help but feel so happy. I'm so stoked for General Conference!!

Speaking of General Conference.... guess who has tickets to the General Relief Society Session on September 24th!!?!?!?!? THIS GIRL. I'm so stoked!! I've only ever been to one session of conference in my LIFE, so I'm really excited to be going to Relief Society!!
MY TICKETS
I just really can't explain anymore about how much I love this gospel...

Today I went to Silverlake with my ma and pa :) It was so much fun!! The last time I was at Silverlake was with Brady on his birthday! (Check it here) so I was missing him this morning :( Gosh. He's been gone for soooo long!!! :( Anyway, it was great. We hiked around the lake and then up to Twin Lake. It was really tough and I got frustrated cause I was tired of going uphill on rocks.. but we finally made it and it was awesome. The lake was sooo quiet and peaceful, pretty and cold. It was neat :) We took lots of pictures on the way up! We then headed back down, finished walking around Silverlake and then headed home for some lunch, showers and naps :) All in all, a good morning :) Just missing one thing, as always ;)
Brady and I sat there for his birthday and had lunch.

My cute parents :)

Brady and I climbed this to take a picture.

She didn't want to be shorter than me.

On the way back!
I seriously can't wait to come here again with Brady! Hopefully he's into hiking when he gets home cause it can be awesome :) Anyway, Happy Labor Day!
