The Lord Still Needs Us

One of my best friends opened his mission call tonight! And I'm so happy for him! I wasn't able to attend him opening his mission call, but he soon called me. He's going to the Paraguay Asuncion Mission :) He leaves on August 17th! I'm so proud of him! He was my pal down at college, and I'm really sad we only have a month left to really hangout and such! He's always been such a good friend of mine, and I'm really going to miss him when he's gone! Good thing he doesn't leave for a while ;)

This is my pal Carson :) He also got his mission call not too long ago. (And I totally forgot to blog about it :/ Yikes!) Anyway, he has been called to serve in the Arizona Tempe Mission and leaves June 22nd! I'm so stoked! :) I totally called it too! He came over the weekend before, and I said "You're going stateside!" and then he texted me :) Wahoo! :) Anyway, I'll miss him too. He means a lot to me, and I'm really proud of him for making this decision.




I know the Lord still needs his missionaries, and it's VERY clear. I always couldn't imagine the day when my friends would leave on their missions! It's all been so crazy! I know so many missionaries out right now, it's awesome :) And amazing! I love hearing all the different stories as well! I'm really proud of all the young men that have personally made the decision to keep their promise, and serve the Lord. I'll always be so grateful for that! I miss (in the order they left) Loren, Kody, Andrew, Carson, Tyson, Moroni, Braden, Briley, Seantay, Sam, Quinn, Brady, Jaron, Justin, Brandon, Tait, Kade, Tyler, Robert, Carson, Bryant and now I'll add Matt to the list!! Good luck boys :) You're in my prayers!
