This would be the cute fabric I just bought for my quilting class :) I'm so excited! I've never sewn anything before, and if I have, I'm sure my grandma helped... maybe even made it for me. I'm really excited to learn how to sew and even use a sewing machine! I love that my major is helping me become a mommy :) It's always so fun and I enjoy it a ton! I loved the flower fabric piece and then the others just gradually grew on me, and I had my roommate Katie help me! :) I'm so excited to make it and I can't wait to show you all a picture of it!

I haven't really done much quilting but I've recently gotten back into sewing after a couple of home ec classes growing up and it is so fun! There are TONS of cute craft blogs out there with cute/easy tutorials when you get into it.

I love sewing! The flower fabric is the same fabric I used to make Em's baptism quilt. I used it on the border. If you want to see it look at our blog under Emily's baptism in October. Have fun learning!
