Celebration For Two!

My mother and I had a total girls day yesterday :) Well, our version of a girls day. I had my final in the morning and it was great because I finally turned in my last two papers of the semester!! No more papers for four months!! I'm so stinkin' excited :) And my mom had taken her last final that morning as well! I'm so proud of her and finishing her first year of school! Anyway, I then met up with my mom for lunch at Kneaders! Mmmm :) After that my mom declared she need a mani and pedi for the summer so we decided to go together. We both got french tips on fingers and toes! It was fun, and there was the CUTEST grandma there too! I think she had a little bit of short-term memory loss or Alzheimer's or something, because she kept asking the same questions over and over again, but it was so cute!! :) 

So we enjoyed ourselves for about an hour, and then headed to the Apple store to talk about getting my computer and getting the final cost and such, I'm so excited to get it! I'm really impatient and I just want it now, but I have to wait about a month or two.. I'm excited though! :) After that we headed home, and it was just the two of us! My dad was at an Avenger's Day event and my sister was at the barn, so my mom and I had eggs, toast and bacon for dinner :) Then I had a doctor's appointment and we wanted ice cream first so we headed to yogurt land (I know, my mom likes to call it ice cream!) and had some yummy yogurt, well my mom was dying to see my dad so we went to the movie theater and waited for him to come out so we could say hi! While we waited we played dance dance revolution, and boy was that fun!! So hilarious but worth it!

It was such a fun day, we then went to my cousins baseball game and watched the last half of it, so that was fun! Our day was long, and filled with a bunch of things to do together! I loved spending it with my mom and sometimes you just need a day like this :) Thanks for all the fun mom!
