Date 3

The title makes me laugh because I checked us in at Chili's and put "Dinner :)" and my best friend commented, "you mean, date." - Hahahaha :) Love you Jenna!

Anyway, did I ever tell you about Boston?
Hmph. Prolly not. Whelp, here it goes :)

I go to Institute Thursday nights and I take a class from Brother Andreason; it's the New Testament class (2nd half.) Well this particular Thursday happened to be a bad day for me, so I was feeling mad and pouty and decided to sit away from the class (for prevention of keeping the Spirit away with my madness) and sat in the back by the wall. This boy wandered in a little after class had started, but I didn't really pay much attention.

After class he turned to me, shook my hand and said, "Hi I'm Boston!" With a friendly, and warm smile, and I responded, "I'm Ashley!" And he said it was nice to meet me. After which Brother Andreason walked by and said, "Welcome Home! It's been a while." Then he turned and looked at me and said, "Ashley, do you know Boston? He just got home from his mission yesterday." Insert immediate jaw-dropping moment. I just basically freaked out and asked him if it was weird that he was sitting next to a girl, the day after the mission which he responded with yes. He decided to stay after and hangout with me and get to know people and the Institute. We played Volleyball and ate some food. When it was time to go, he asked me some questions to get to know me and then offered to hangout sometime since he doesn't know many people around here.

Well, a few weeks went by and he took me to Wendy's after Institute one night; it was so sweet. He asked if I had eaten dinner, which I had, but I didn't want to lie so I said yes, and asked him if he was too. He asked to grab a bite with me so we went to Wendy's and I just got a frosty, which he so kindly paid for without telling me. We just chatted, laughed, and asked each other "get-to-know-you" questions. He asked for my number because he finally got a phone, and asked to go out again sometime, to which I agreed. He was such the gentleman and gave me a hug and even opened my car door.

Well, fast forward to this past Thursday, my friends and I went out to dinner. And Boston went to dinner with his friends, and we planned to get together again some other time. We scheduled for that Saturday evening. We were going to go bowling but it ended up being super busy so we decided to go grab something to eat at Chili's! :) We waited about a half-hour which consisted of "get-to-know-you" questions and then we sat at a table to big for us. We laughed and joked, and told stories, and asked more questions. He didn't each much (wasn't hungry) and I tried something new, that I actually like :)

Overall it was a fun evening, and Boston is such a great person! Thanks pal!
